ONE Hereford pub is being pitched for a fresh future as others shut down.
Birmingham based property specialist Fleurets has put the newly refurbished Plough Inn, on Whitecross Road, up for let.
New lease or tenancy agreements come with the offer - terms to be negotiated - and rent guides start from £14,000 dependent upon the terms of the agreement.
The successful applicant will be required to pay a deposit and legal fees and purchase the fixtures and fittings.
But Fleurets says that in "certain circumstances" assistance would be available - subject to application and approval.
The estimated initial investment to take on this pub is around £10,100, not including initial rents in advance, funds to purchase stock and glassware, working capital, stamp duty and tax trading.
