Terry Moore (Letters, May 27) has “grave concerns” about climate change.
Unfortunately many do not share his concerns and those who do are happy to make donations, as long as it does not involve changes that impact on their daily lives. Instead of “building back better” we continue to contribute to climate change by taking more than our fair share of the world’s resources. Meanwhile, our Prime Minister is too busy pasting up his new wallpaper.

Cathy Monkley and many protesters worldwide, have sat in the road because, rather than “going about our work and shopping”, we need to Stop and Think. We, and the government, need to take action. I applaud Cathy Monkley for her protest.
